These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales (NSW), Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

2. Accuracy of Site Information & Sizing Notice

We endeavor to present accurate product descriptions, TOG warmth ratings, age/weight suitability charts, sound machine decibel levels, and pricing. Fabric swatches and colors may display subtle variations across digital screens. Neva Nest reserves the right to correct any inadvertent inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.

3. Safe Sleep Guidelines & Active Supervision Disclaimer

Safe Infant Sleep Notice: Neva Nest strongly supports established pediatric safe sleep practices (such as placing babies on their backs on a firm, flat surface free of loose bedding). Supervised Lounger Use: Infant loungers and nesting pods are designed strictly for awake lounging, tummy time, and adult-supervised resting; they are not certified crib mattresses and should never be used for unsupervised sleep, co-sleeping in adult beds, or placed on elevated surfaces. Swaddle Transition Warning: Discontinue using restrictive swaddles as soon as your baby shows signs of attempting to roll over. Acoustic Safety: Place sound machines at least 2 meters (6.5 feet) away from the crib and operate below 65 decibels. Neva Nest is not liable for infant sleep hazards, falls from elevated surfaces, or adverse incidents resulting from unsupervised use or non-compliance with safe sleep guidelines.
